	Bill Gross, Founder Bill Gross serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Idealab which he founded in March 1996. While at Idealab, Bill has started many successful businesses including Overture Services, Cars Direct / Internet Brands, Picasa, and Energy Innovations. A lifelong entrepreneur, Bill started several companies prior to Idealab including City Search, now a division of IAC, GNP Development, Inc. which was acquired by Lotus Development Corporation, and Knowledge Adventure, an educational software publisher that grew to be the third largest educational software publisher. Bill has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology where he serves on the Board of Trustees.
	Tom McGovern, CEO Tom McGovern is co-founder and CEO of Snap. In 1999, Tom founded a successful e-commerce company with Bill Gross and Idealab, which was acquired by PETsMART, Inc. a leading multi-channel marketer. Tom served as President and CEO of the division of PETsMART managing the Internet and catalog businesses. Tom returned to Idealab in 2003 to explore new internet marketing and search opportunities. Prior to that, Tom was Senior Vice President with Warner Bros. and a management consultant. He started his career in 1983 at Price Waterhouse. Tom is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and earned his B.S. from the University of Colorado.
	Michael Agostino, CTO Michael Agostino brings to Snap a wealth of technology startup experience as a venture capitalist, entrepreneur, and software engineer. Prior to Snap, Michael was a group product manager for VERITAS Software, and a senior member of the venture capital investment team at Seattle-based Vulcan Capital. While at Vulcan, he directed venture capital investments into a range of innovative technology companies within the sectors of software, infrastructure, and the Internet. Previously, Michael led development of web search at Infoseek. He is also the founder of two technology companies that were successfully acquired. Earlier in his career, Michael held a number of product development positions with a variety of Silicon Valley based startups. He graduated with honors from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
	Yovav (Jay) Meydad, Vice President of Product Yovav (Jay) Meydad brings over ten years of Internet product and management experience to Snap. Prior to Snap, Jay served as Chief of Product Management for Spark Networks, a leading online personals service provider. While at Spark, he oversaw the product and design teams, and was responsible for the execution of multiple product and feature launches across a large network of web properties including JDate.com and AmericanSingles.com. Prior to Spark Networks, Jay worked as Director of Account Management for ICQ Mobile, an AOL company, where he oversaw ICQ's relationships with wireless service providers worldwide, including Vodafone, O2 and Rogers AT&T Wireless. Before ICQ, Jay served in various product development & management roles at a variety of technology companies. Jay earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Engineering from the Ben Gurion University, Israel.
